OPENED A LARGER HOLE TO IDENTIFY SOURCE OF WATER LEAKS

We opened a bigger hole on 3rd. Floor so that we can see for sure where the water leakage are coming from. Certainly, water is dripping down from some water pipe on the 4th floor of Block I. We cannot be sure until the Block I JMB starts to hack their wet wall from their building.
