The Joint Management Committee has been trying to keep our premises spit and span. We even hired a cleaning contractor to clean our common corridors and surrounding areas.
In one of our walkabout inspection today, we found that smokers have been littering the fire escapes area. Used cigarette buds are littered at the fire escapes and one cigarette bud was found thrown onto the carpet of the lift cabin. These acts are very irresponsible by smokers. Cigarette buds should not be thrown around our premises. If you want to smoke, go to a coffee shop to enjoy yourselves. Please do not expect others to clean up your act by sweeping your buds. We must act together to keep our premises clean and tidy like your own home.
Other improvements done include the placement of the metal grill over broken drain concrete cover at the rear car park entrance. If not covered, someone can fall into the uncovered drain.
We are aware of the fire escape lights near the lift on 3rd. and 4th. floor are off causing the stairs to be dark even during the day. Our president has been informed and hopefully, this technical hitch will be corrected.
