Over the long weekend, some works have been undertakened by your JMC. The front lobby access card system was re-activated and secured with an acrylic box to prevent further vandalism. The contractor had to use the Lower Ground Card Access system to re-activate the front door system. By doing so, we need not to re-register the access cards provided to owners and tenants.
However, a new Card access system will be installed at the Lower ground Car Park area. For car park owners who have their access cards, you are requested to meet up with Accomix Security System located at the 1st. Floor immediately. They can re-configure your Access Cards for entry into the Lower Ground and Lobby.
Your immediate attention and co-operation is required. The Card Reader will be re-installed this week and the padlock removed from tomorrow morning.
At the same time, the "Door Close" Stainless steel button has been fixed back by our lift contractor.
Outside our premises, we have concreted the opening of the drain located in front of the car exit. To prevent unwanted parking on the narrow road, another metal pillar has been added.
However, some works need to be done on the open grill at the rear.
