Our JMC installed Card Access system via our Main lobby door was vandalised recently by some irresponsible person or persons.
Our system has prevented unwanted people to go into our premises, so, this vandal act shows us that we made the right decision in implementing it in the first place. These vandal(s) have purposely damaged the card reader so that unauthorised person(s) can come and go into our premises without notice.
It was found that the Card reader was damaged due to a heavy blow onto it. Our installer had to take it away for repairs which we hope we can install it again before the long Hari Raya holidays.
Without the card access, our Business Centre will be vulnerable to undesired elements who have bad intentions. This is our top priority to get the system going again so that our alarm and monitoring system can be activated.
This vandalism shows that there are people who do not believe in working together to prevent crime that is lurking everywhere. They are bent on breaking other persons' properties without regards to others.
We hope our owners and tenants will co-operate by being vigilant of unwanted people lurking in our premises. If you see someone acting suspiciously, do report to our guard at the lobby.
Also, please advise your clients and visitors to register themselves in our Registration Book. By doing so, we know who have visited our business centre.
