Our JMC Technical Committee has managed to rectify the problem related to the automatic pumping of water to our Overhead Water tank located at the Fifth Floor.
When we took over the Maintenance of the building, the automatic Pumping of water to the water tank was not functioning properly. A person had to manually switch on the pump and turn it off again after the tank is full.
This was done on a weekly basis by a person. The task taken was tedious and unproductive but essential. If water is not pumped up, the toilet flushes and taps will run dry.
Now, with the services of a qualified electrical firm, the problem was rectified yesterday.
When the water tank level goes to a low level due to usage, the water pump will be started up automatically. Once the tank is full again, the pump will shut down.
Rest assured our JMC is doing our best in correcting and rectifying any shortcomings our JMC had inherited from the developer. We want to make our Business Centre safe, secure and well maintained in years to come. Your co-operation in paying your dues and maintenance fees will help us tremendously in doing our tasks ahead.
