CHERAS BUSINESS CENTRE BLOCK J IMPROVEMENTS UNDERTAKENED SO FAR

The JMB of Cheras Business Centre Block J has begun to carry out improvements and maintenance of our Cheras Business Centre.

A notice board has been put up at the lobby where our JMB will put up important messages for our tenants and owners. Visitors, tenants and owners can also read news and views on our websites as well.

To make our car park more secure, a metal grill has been installed near the basement area near to the lift. By having the metal grill, unwanted visitors cannot access from the car park area onto respective floors. They must enter from the front lobby. In future, we will have the front lobby guarded for better security.

Also, the internal of the lift has been securely boarded up as well.

Also noticeable, is the overall cleaniless of the basement and respective floor corridors. They have been mopped and cleaned by our cleaning contractor on a regular basis.

We also purchased a rubbish container infront of our block. Kindly place your rubbish here for collection.
