The Cheras Commecial Centre (Block J) is located in the heart of a mature area within Taman Cheras (Yulik) and Cheras Business Centre.
Our Commercial Centre is surrounded by many commercial banks and service centres. We have Maybank, Public Bank and CIMB Bank, all located within walking distance from our Centre.
Then, we are served by Pos Malaysia, Pantai Hospital, Cheras, medical and dental clinics. There is a nearby market, numerous restaurants eg. Jumbo Restaurant, Soon Tuck, cafes and eateries.
Connectivity is not a problem as RapidKL Buses No. U47 and B408 serve the area to Bukit Bintang and the new Bus Terminal at Bandar Tasik Selatan. Taxis are abundant. In 5 years time, the MRT will have a station at Bukit Mewah (less than 1km) from our centre while another station is located at Leisure Mall. All these add accessibility and connectivity to the area.
If you want to come to our Cheras Commercial Centre, it can be done via toll-free accesses from Jalan Loke Yew, Jalan Cheras, MRR2 and the East-West Link from Petaling Jaya. If you come from Kajang, you need to pay a toll of RM 1.90 or RM 1.00 from Bandar Tun Hussein Onn or Cheras Perdana.
For telecommunication links, our area is served by Streamyx, Unifi, Yes, P1, Celcom, Maxi and Digi.
