STRATA TITLES OF BLOCK J BEING SUBMITTED

Please be informed that our developer, Winflon, has submitted to the authorities for our Strata application and approval.

Hopefully, we will get our Strata titles soon.

Once we get our Strata titles, we need to form our own Block J Management Corporation instead of Joint Management Body.

ANNUAL CNY DINNER FOR BLOCK J OWNERS

Block J JMB management committee held our annual CNY dinner at LK Soup Restaurant on 23.2.2024 for our Block J owners. 

A number of the owners attended. 

We started off our dinner with Yu Sang where we tossed for our health, prosperity and longevity.

Great dishes followed after that.

Kami dah siap pasang infra untuk fiber. Next, TM akan up kan infra ini. So, pihak tenant boleh request dekat TM untuk pasang broadband.

TM TO INSTALL UNIFI BROADBAND FIBRE IN BLOCK J

Recently, TM has requested their contractor to install an Unifi Fibre Broad band portal in Block J. 

Once installed, owners and tenants can apply for fibre broadband into their premises. 

With this broadband facility in Block J,  it will enhance the image of our Block. 

GENERATION FOR BLOCK J?

As one of the owners of an office unit at Block J, I managed to get a Solar Power generation company to quote for a rooftop solar powered system for Block J. 

The system is only for the monthly electric bill used by the common area of Block J. 

Individual units must still pay electric bill of their respective units. 

This proposal includes initial financial investment and monthly repayment over 10 years to the bank,  not to TNB. 

After the repayments, we need to pay for our electric bills. Block J will be rewarded by the savings of electricity usage over the next 20 years. 

This is a Green project encouraged by the government and we can get GITA incentives over 10 years. 

Owners and our JMB need not come up with initial capital outlay. 

NEW BLOCK J SIGNAGE

Today we installed a new signage at Block J. Latwe if we wired up this light box, the signage can be seen at night.

 

JMB OFFICE AT LOWER GROUND FLOOR IS NOW WIFI READY

With the current wifi router on loan by the Chairman, this router has been used to connect our 12 webcams monitoring our premises via the Internet. All the CCTVs can be viewed remotely by using the mobile phone via the Dahua Apps.

It has been working well for the past few months.

Besides using this wireless router for the viewing of the CCTV cameras, we managed to link this router to our desktop computer today via a LAN Cable.

Now, our computer can be connected to the Internet via this router. The monthly Internet Access with 10 Mb is RM 15.00 only.
